Ad Sizes are as follows:



Media and Formats:

All media should be submitted by CD or EMAIL.
The appropriate format is pdf, psd, tif or jpeg.
All artwork is to be at least 300dpi.

Setup Fees:

Ad design is $55. If an ad is submitted, there may still be work
to be done to fit our format and there may be a charge.
The charge will be no more than the ad design fee.
